Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to place an order?

To place your order, give us a call, send us an email, or come into the shop. To place your order, we’ll need a description of the design you want (with artwork if you have it) and a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due on pickup.

How fast will I receive my order?

We generally can get an order done in a week or less, but the order time can vary for specific products or larger orders. If you have an upcoming event, place your order with us early to ensure a timely delivery. Need a rush order? Give us a call!

Can I order just one item?

Absolutely! Here at Adobe Signs & T-Shirts, our minimum starts at one. This means you can order the exact amount of product you need, without worrying about hundreds of extra product. We also offer discounted bulk orders.

How do I send artwork?

If you have artwork you’d like us to use on your order, or would like us to edit your artwork – please send a JPG or EPS file (300 dpi, high-resolution) to info@adobesevg.com. We’ll send you a confirmation email once we receive it.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept cash, check, or any major credit card to pay for your order. We require a 50% deposit down when placing your order, and the remaining 50% at order pickup.

Can you make a print on something that's mine?

Of course. We actually have a saying, “If you can hold it still, we’ll put a print on it for you”. Whether it’s a sports bag, hat, polo shirt, truck, car, or anything you can think of – we can print it!
